This policy explains what personal information jadehorizon.co collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. Jade Horizon is run by Bhavit Verma in Toronto, Ontario.
What I collect
- When you send the contact form: your name, email address, business name, trade, and your message.
- When you book the free audit: the details you enter on the Google Calendar booking page, usually your name, email address and the time you choose.
- When you email me: your email address and whatever you include in the message.
- When you visit the site: anonymous visit counts through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
I don't collect payment details on this website.
Why I use it
Only to reply to you, prepare for and hold the audit call, and, if we work together, run the services in our agreement. Nothing else.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form messages.
- Google runs the booking page and the email inbox where messages arrive.
- Cloudflare counts anonymous visits.
These companies may store information outside Canada, including in the United States. I never sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Emails from me
I'll only email you to reply to your message or booking, or about work we're doing together. I won't add you to a newsletter or send marketing emails without your clear permission, and you can say stop at any time.
How long I keep it
If we don't work together, I delete your messages and booking details within 24 months of our last contact. If we do, I keep what the agreement and tax records require.
Your choices
You can ask me to show you the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@jadehorizon.co and I'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version and date will appear on this page.
